What we never collect

We never ask for your Social Security number, bank account, or card numbers — online or by phone.

Who we share it with

Requests go to the broker you select, or the business whose office line you called. Service administrators can access requests to operate the desk. We do not automatically share your request with every broker in a state or sell it across the directory. Unassigned legacy inquiries remain accessible only to the service owner. Brokers' business details, reviewed licensing information and optional logos appear publicly only after listing approval.
